Our clients in Manston wished to convert a Methodist Church into a home for their family. The open spaces and unique details were an opportunity not to be missed and presented some interesting challenges in how to make the most of the space whilst negotiating Planning and Building Regulations.
The vaulted ceilings have been partly inhabited with mezzanines, leaving the large windows open to bring light into the spaces. At the rear, the kitchen has been left open to give a spacious room with large windows looking over the garden.
Building works were completed by Cowin Building Contractors Limited.
