About Spacemaker Architects

Spacemaker Architects is a partnership between Adam Roake and Louisa Clifford that combines Adam’s creativity, knowledge and successful experience  with Louisa’s latest thinking, energy and enthusiasm to provide a cost effective architectural service.

Spacemaker Architects was set up in November 2012 and you can read more about some of their projects here.


Adam graduated from Cambridge University and has been working as an architect and property developer  since 1982. He also runs Urbanise which recently developed Abbey Chapel, a former Methodist Chapel in Faversham.


Louisa, graduated  from the University of Kent in 2012 with a first class Masters degree and successfully completed her final part 3 qualification at the University of Greenwich in April 2016.
