Our clients approached us as they felt that a previous scheme that others had drawn up lacked creativity. We revisited their brief and made changes to the design to take advantage of the views towards the sea. We also opened up the first floor landing space into a snug library and we then re-secured planning permission for the new scheme. The resulting design creates a beautiful music room, with vaulted ceiling and great acoustics, overlooking and opening onto the garden, a cosy library at the heart of the first floor, and a light and open master bedroom with a private balcony that looks over the garden and towards the sea.
